Meet Melanie Callahan

Melanie Callahan is the owner/broker of Town & Coastal Properties, Inc., a real estate and property management company. She is a native Californian who has had the privilege to live in many places throughout the state. After a successful real estate career in Orange County, the lure of the Central Coast brought her back here when the opportunity to purchase the company presented itself.

Since acquiring the business, Callahan has focused her energy on updating the company’s brand and enhancing Town & Coastal’s sterling reputation in the area. In addition, she brings to the table three decades of California real estate knowledge and expertise, and several designations such as SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and CAA (California Apartment Association). In fact, over her long and stellar career, she’s seen the real estate industry from many different perspectives, including agent, Broker, office manager, and owner.
